Artist's Description
Edward de Bono is a physician, psychiatrist, and philosopher who has spent most of his career studying creativity. He describes it as involving "breaking out of established patterns in order to look at things in a different way." I have found this to be true.
In addition to painting, I am a writer and a nerd. I read books on brain physiology for fun. So breaking away from traditional representational art has been hard for me and I am still learning to look at the world around me from different perspectives. What do you see in this painting?

I am an artist, writer, student of life, and irredeemable nerd. I came to painting rather late in life and I love it. It feeds my soul like nothing else.
